About Us

Justin D’Appolonia has 20 years of experience working with high-growth, private equity-backed companies in a range of leadership roles. Currently, he serves as a Partner and Chief Growth Officer at Bender Equity, a family office based in New Jersey, where he oversees strategic growth initiatives and portfolio expansion.

Since 2021, Justin has been a Co-Founder and Board Member of Milestone Funeral Partners, a national funeral home and cemetery operator focused on delivering compassionate, community-oriented services and modern operational efficiencies. From 2019 to 2021, he served as Chief Administrative Officer at Allied Power Group, a leading independent provider of maintenance and repair services for gas and steam turbines. Earlier in his career, Justin was a Senior Executive at the OnPoint Group (2014-2019).

Mr. D’Appolonia graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1999 with a B.A. in Psychology, Anthropology, and Sociology. He later earned a Master’s in Education Counseling from Duquesne University in 2002.
